Written by: Space Foundation Editorial Team

The Space Foundation's New Generation Space Leaders program helps young professionals, age 35 or younger, advance their careers through mentoring opportunities with senior industry leaders, networking events and presentations.

On March 6, the Space Foundation hosted a New Generation young professionals event at Kennedy Space Center Visitors Complex that focused on workforce opportunities on the Florida Space Coast. The event included a presentation by Dale Ketcham, Vice President of Government and External Relations for Space Florida.

Premier sponsor of the event was Northrop Grumman and co-sponsors were Space Florida, Delaware North and Firefly Aerospace.

Two of the attendees were awarded complimentary registrations to attend the New Generation program of the Space Foundation's 35th Space Symposium, to be held April 8-11 in Colorado Springs, Colo.
