Space Foundation Supports Axiom Worldwide and X-1R at Aerospace Medical Association Symposium

Certified Space Technology partners Axiom Worldwide and X-1R Advanced Lubricants made a strong showing at the recent Aerospace Medical Association symposium in Boston, Mass. Space Foundation Space Technology Transfer Programs Director Kevin Cook attended in support of their efforts to bring the pain relieving benefits of Axiom's DRX9000 spinal decompression technology to members of military, civil, and commercial aerospace organizations.

Sublicense partner Axiom Worldwide is currently consigning DRX9000 units free of charge for a 12-month period. Civil and commercial aerospace organizations as well as armed forces from around the world including the United States, England, Germany, France, Iraq, and the United Arab Emirates all expressed interest in Axiom's technology.

Eagle Shield Shows that Space Technology is Green Technology.

In addition to being a Certified Space Technology, Eagle Shield is now officially recognized as an Energy Star Partner for working with home owners to reduce energy usage while increasing comfort. Using thermal energy inspections, Eagle Shield isolates points of energy loss and recommends proven and affordable solutions. Eagle Shield is also certified with Every Contractor, Bay Area Green Business, and Electric & Gas Industries Association, PATH (a Public-Private Partnership for Advancing Housing Technology), RESNET (Residential Energy Services Network), and the U.S. Green Building Council.

Further, a recent alignment with Wal-Mart and Sam's Club is now increasing Eagle Shield's presence in communities and accelerating efforts to educate home owners about affordable energy-saving technology. Eagle Shield's community outreach with Habitat for Humanity supports the Habitat's "green" program by providing exceptionally insulated homes, passing on savings to new owners.
