Basla Talks about Cyber Security

Written by: Space Foundation Editorial Team

In October, the Space Foundation held a senior executive luncheon focused on cyber security featuring Air Force Space Command Vice Commander Lt. Gen. Michael Basla, USAF. Attended by 26 Space Foundation corporate member executives, the event was hosted by Space Foundation Chief Executive Officer Elliot Pulham and Vice President - Washington Operations Brendan Curry.

Basla spoke about the Air Force's challenges in the cyber domain and where industry can step in and provide solutions.

The Space Foundation will address the cyber domain in detail at the upcoming Cyber 1.2 session on April 16, 2012, in conjunction with the 28th National Space Symposium, which runs April 16-19, 2012, at The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colo. Registration for both Cyber 1.2 and the National Space Symposium are now open; substantial discounts are available for booking early and for booking both events together. More information on registration can be found by clicking here.
