The UK's Department for International Trade extended an invitation to the Colorado aerospace community to attend a US-UK Space Forum on March 17 in Denver, Colo. Around 50 people attended the event, which featured a panel discussion with participation from the UK military, Lockheed Martin, Surrey Satellite Technology, Oakman Aerospace and the Space Foundation.

Representing the Space Foundation on the panel was Steve Eisenhart, Senior Vice President - Strategic & International Affairs (at left below). Eisenhart discussed the range of UK engagement with the Space Foundation, including its corporate member companies, Space Symposium exhibitors and speakers and year-round engagement in various space forums and bodies. He emphasized the important role that Alice Bunn, Ph.D., plays on the Space Foundation Board of Directors. Dr. Bunn is Director of Policy for the UK Space Agency.
